When you invest in a Business License from a Brand, you get to use the Brand's Tradename and Trademark for the agreed upon amount of time. While your business may still be "ABC Window Cleaning" you will be Doing Business As (DBA) No Streaking Professional Window Washing.

Establishing a Brand and a good reputation takes a lot of time, money, and patience. When you are new in business (under 5 years), you spend most of your time working as a technician during the day, and then taking care of the financials and more in the evenings. It leaves little time to work on Branding your business. No Streaking had sold several franchises through the years, and it was a great way to expand our business. While franchising absolutely has its place in the market, it requires the Franchisee to come up with a lot of money up front, pay hefty royalty fees, and they need to follow a strict system of doing business. While No Streaking offered very fair prices on their Franchise Fees and Flat-Rate Royalty Fees, we wanted to find a more affordable way to help more people grow their business, while at the same time, growing our own Brand. We also recognize that what one person defines as success, isn't how another person defines success. Many Franchises get paid their Royalties based on sales, so they set sales goals for their Franchisees. This means that a Franchisee that is making enough money to be content, and prefers more time off, must continue to grow their business to keep up with the sales goals. A Franchisee that considers success having more time and more freedom, has neither in this scenario.
With an affordable Annual Business Licensing Fee, and minimal advertising contribution, you will have some of the most important benefits of a Franchise, without the high fees and strict rules. While we do require our Licensees to maintain high online ratings/reviews, to conduct themselves in a Professional Matter at all times, and to maintain proper Business Licensing and Insurances, we do not require you to follow a specific system, process reports, or obtain sales goals. This gives you the freedom to run your business how you want to, as long as you stay in good standing.
How does a No Streaking Business License work?
Upon paying your Licensing Fee and Signing your Agreement, you will begin converting all of your online and print media to say No Streaking Professional Window Washing. You will replace your logo with the No Streaking Trademarked logo. You are not allowed to modify the Tradename or Logo without prior permission. You MUST file a DBA with the State and complete any other paperwork they may require. Your DBA should also be submitted to your bank so you can accept checks and cards in your LLC or Corporate name as well as your DBA name. Lastly, you will set up Autopay for your monthly Branding Fees.
Do I get Assigned a Territory?
While we do not assign you a territory, we do limit how close one Licensed No Streaking Business can be to another. Your office (or home) must be at least 50 miles from another No Streaking location. While there is a chance that there could be overlap in an area, it is very unlikely with this radius.
How long is the License Good For?
No Streaking offers various options for purchasing our Business License. This ensures that you have the freedom to leave when and if you ever choose to not renew your License.
How much does a No Streaking License cost?
One-Year License- $2500 All Renew at $1500 per year
Two-Year License - $3800
Five-Year License - $8000
10-Year License - $14,000
How much are the Monthly Branding Fees?
The Monthly Branding Fee is $200/mo. and is used to invest in online advertising, maintaining the Corporate Website and all links and backlinks, & updating our social media including the Private FB Group.

Yes, we do offer 2 week training at our locations near Rochester, NY and Tampa, FL. Training starts at $750/wk and includes an introduction to the equipment, the 5 basic window cleaning techniques you should know, how to properly use a Water-Fed Pole system, ladder & general safety, and the basics for estimating the time and price on Residential and Commercial jobs. Most people require 1-2 weeks of training to feel comfortable enough to go out on a job alone.
Additional Business Training/Coaching is available through Wylie Business Services.
Do you offer Financing on the Licensing Fee?
We are able to offer Financing through Square Afterpay for an additional fee, plus the fee that Afterpay charges.
