WINDOW CLEANING

- Interior and Exterior Panes of all Windows, Doors, Sliders, and Transoms along the perimeter of your home cleaned with our Professional Bio-Friendly Solution or Advanced Technology Water-Fed Pole System! If you have windows/sliders that go out to an enclosed sunroom, the sunroom is included, but the windows going out to them are not included in your estimate. They can be added on to your service. If you have a screened lanai, all glass inside the lanai is included.
- Remove any mild paint over spray, bug marks, sap, pollen, and other organic debris from the exterior glass. (Excessive paint or paint on interior incurs additional charge)
- Window/Slider screens are hand cleaned.
- Tracks, Frames, and Sills all receive a courtesy wipe down. If you would like your tracks detailed, we do offer this service for $3-$5 per track. 99% of our customers are very happy with the courtesy wipe down service.
- Our Streak-Free Guarantee (Spot a streak within 2 weeks of service, we will come back and fix it)
We charge more for our first cleaning (Initial Cleaning Charge) to account for the extra time to get your windows back to the point where they just need basic maintenance cleans every 3,6, or 12 months. Future service within 12 months will just be routine cleanings and will not incur the Initial Cleaning Charge.
Hard Water Treatment is available for an additional charge. Often, we cannot determine if Hard Water is present until the glass has been cleaned. If we discover your windows are etched, we can do a Free Test to see if our product is effective at clearing the glass. If you decide to move forward with the treatment, we charge $20 per pane to clear.

PARTIAL
A Partial Window Cleaning is when some windows/doors/sliders/transoms are excluded from the cleaning. If you are getting ALL glass done along the perimeter of your home, but just on the outside, please select "Exterior Only" as your cleaning. We do have a $150 Minimum Service Charge ($125 in the Southshore Area).

Here’s a complete description of how we clean your windows every time.
- Remove Your screens.
- Wipe your frames to remove loose dirt & webs.
- Clean your panes using a soft strip washer and a very concentrated and bio-friendly window cleaning solution (You'll never find plain 'ol Dish Soap or Ammonia-Based Products in our Buckets. This window cleaning solution will literally make your windows sparkle, and it also bonds with the glass, leaving behind a protective barrier which helps to protect your windows from the elements by repelling dirt, grime, pollen, and rain. The result?
With No Streaking, your windows will stay cleaner…longer! - Remove any mild paint over spray, bug marks, sap, pollen, and other organic debris from the exterior glass. (Excessive paint or paint on interior incurs additional charge)
- After scrubbing the window again with the soft strip washer and our solution, we’ll squeegee the water off and then towel dry around the pane where the water collects.
- As a courtesy, we wipe down the tracks and sills, removing loose dirt and bugs.
- Screens are cleaned by hand using our solution, our soft strip washer, and a microfiber towel.
- While replacing the screens, we will do a final inspection & polish as needed!
- All 3rd story windows will be cleaned using our Water-Fed Pole System. This system utilizes a 4-filtration system to turn your hose water into 100% pure water for a spot-free cleaning! The system only uses 45 gallons per hour, so you won't have to worry about a big water bill! On occasion, our crews may opt to use this system on 2nd story homes or even 1st story homes, if they feel that it is safer, or that it will produce a better cleaning for you. Your windows dry spot-free!
