HOW TO QUALIFY FOR OUR 5 STAR VIP REWARDS PROGRAM
1. You must be a current customer that has had service at least once every 6 months over the last 2 years.
2. You must have 2 referrals in the last 2 years and must continue to refer at least one new customer every 2 years.
3. You must have a Valid Email on file with us, and not be unsubscribed from emails.
4. You must not have any Last-Minute Cancels or Reschedules in 2 years. (48 hrs or less)
5. You have posted a Review after each Service the last 2 years.
Also, though not required, we do ask that you like AND follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and/or NextDoor. Not only does this help support us, but it's a great way for you to share posts by us or to tag us in your own posts, which will help you earn referrals! You still earn the $50 Referral Rewards for each new Residential Customer you send our way!

Your VIP status will be checked upon each booking. If you qualify for VIP Rewards, it will show in the notes of your appointment and all discounts will be applied to your invoice. VIP Status is good for the current cleaning and is not permanent. You must qualify before each appointment. VIP discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or offers, including standing appointment discounts. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.
