


TERMS OF SERVICE
The Estimated Price is the price for all windows, doors, sliders, and transoms along the perimeter of your home. This would include any attached garage or sunroom. Interior windows, such as doors/sliders that lead out to a sunroom or glass doors that go into a bedroom or office, for example, are not included in the estimate, but can be added on if you would like them cleaned. Full cleanings (in/out) include the glass, the screen, if one was present during the estimate, and a courtesy wipe down of the frames, sills, and tracks to remove all loose bugs and dirt. It is not a detailing, but detailing is offered.
Customers that stay on a minimum 12 month cleaning service are locked into their price for an additional 12 months, for a Maximum of 5 years. Customers who do not have service every 12 months are subject to a 3-5%/year rate increase. After 12 months an Initial Cleaning Charge may be applied again.
Quarterly and 6 Month customers will receive a 10% discount up to $50 on EACH of their routine cleanings.
Our estimate will match the final invoice price unless there is glass inside the house that we do not figure in the estimate, because we cannot see it from the outside, or if you ask us to do additional work such as cleaning mirrors, ceiling fans, lights, shower doors, or hard water stain removal, etc. Excess paint overspray, silicone, or other construction debris is not included, but can be removed for an additional charge.
Casements/Storms can be removed and cleaned for an additional $10/20 per pane. There are never any hidden fees with No Streaking. No Streaking Estimates are valid for 30 days. Terms & Conditions subject to change.We do NOT reschedule appointments based on Weather Forecasts and often work in inclement weather. Forecasts don't mean much here in Florida, as most news stations cover 7 counties, and 80% chance of rain could mean a 30-minute shower somewhere in that viewing area is likely. We use more precise apps to check the weather specifically for your area during the time of your appointment. We have been doing this since 2007 and are professionals at working around the weather, especially in the summer.
Rain dries clear on clean glass!!! It is a myth that rain will dirty windows. Rain attaches itself to the dirt already on the window, and moves it around, making them appear dirtier. Rain will just sheet off of a clean window and will dry spotless. No Streaking will not cancel a scheduled appointment unless the weather predicts hard rain continuously throughout the time of your scheduled appointment, or there are safety concerns for our crew. The safety of our Professionals has to be a priority. If there is light rain scattered throughout the day, we will try to work around the weather by completing the inside windows during the showers, and then work the outside. Our crew wear booties and will not be tracking into your home, rain or shine! See our Rain Guarantee.
Once an estimate is accepted either orally or via email, the job will be scheduled. If the client needs to cancel a scheduled job please give us at least 48 hours notice. We understand that on occasion, unexpected things happen, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We ask that you try to give us as much notice as possible so that we have time to fill that open appointment. Last minute reschedules mean our staff lose those hours of work, we lose sales for that day, plus we take away another appointment for someone else to book. We ask that we respect our time, and we promise to respect yours. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a $50 scheduling fee. For a second offense, the fee is $100 and a 50% deposit will be due on future bookings. Please understand that this fee doesn’t even begin to cover the inconvenience for us, our technicians, and other clients. In order to avoid the fee please make an effort to keep your appointment. Commercial clients that request route service are subject to the terms of our Service Agreement. The Service Agreement simply states that you will give us 30 days notice before canceling or rescheduling an appointment, or canceling your Service Agreement. Appointments that are canceled with less than 30 days notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, up to $25. Service that is canceled after a technician has been dispatched will be billed for the service.
No Streaking prefers payment via Venmo or CashApp, which helps keep our prices low, but Credit and Debit Cards are also accepted through Square. We do not accept cash or checks from Residential Customers. Residential service is invoiced and the balance due upon completion of work. The technician will collect payment.
Commercial Service is invoiced and the balance due upon receipt unless a Service Agreement is in place stating differently. Commercial Service is eligible for Net 10 invoicing with a Service Agreement. Commercial customers must request to be approved for Net 30.Net 10: Payment must be received within 10 business days. A $5.00 Late Fee will be applied to your account after 10 business days.
Net 30: Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a 10% monthly finance charge. Minimum Finance charge is $5.00.
By enrolling in Autopay, you authorize No Streaking to automatically charge your selected payment method for all services rendered, service plan payments, deposits, and recurring monthly charges associated with your account.

No Streaking and leading window manufacturers recommend cleaning your windows every 6 months to minimize scratching, staining, and etching of your windows. Scratches need sunlight and the right angle to be seen. A light dust on the glass is enough to hide a scratch. Scratches may be exposed after a cleaning, not caused during. Years of hard water build up, corrosion from pollution, and seam failure in double pane windows can also be revealed after a cleaning. No Streaking uses professional tools and properly trains each technician on how to safely clean your glass. No Streaking will not accept contracts from anyone who will not indemnify and hold harmless No Streaking Professional Window Washing, releasing Window Cleaner From Any Liability On Tempered Glass Scratching During Cleaning
Due to our inability to see current scratches until the glass has been cleaned, NO STREAKING PROFESSIONAL WINDOW WASHING will not be liable for any scratches on any tempered or heat strengthened glass. All parties agree to hold No Streaking Harmless during routine cleanings.
In the event that construction debris is on the glass, and the owner requests for it to be removed, it is accepted and understood by ALL parties that properly used scrapers are standard tools and techniques for construction window cleaning and can safely remove limited amounts of construction debris (plaster, paint, texture, tape, stickers, etc.) from quality glass, without scratching the glass surface. It is also understood that when scraping heavy debris from tempered glass, scratching may occur. No Streaking will use proper tools and technique to avoid scratching and will discontinue if scratching occurs to see how the Homeowner/Builder/GC wants to continue. No Streaking will not assume liability for scratches caused by debris removal unless negligence on our part can be established. As with all builder contracts, no scratch not visible from 6 ft away will be considered for a negligence claim.
Furthermore, it is accepted, the use of scrapers and 0000 Bronze Wool will be employed on all construction window cleaning and no other cleaning method will be offered by NO STREAKING PROFESSIONAL WINDOW WASHING to remove construction debris from any glass surface.
If Homeowner/Builder/General Contractor does not choose to have window cleaner use Wool or Scrapers, Homeowner/Builder/General Contractor must cover all glass during entire construction process, which would protect glass from any construction debris and eliminate the need for NO STREAKING PROFESSIONAL WINDOW WASHING to use bronze wool and scrapers to clean the glass.
This clause must be included on all contracts. If this clause is not acceptable, there is no contract between NO STREAKING PROFESSIONAL WINDOW WASHING and Homeowner/Builder/General Contractor. By contracting No Streaking for Window Cleaning Service, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.Due to the health & safety of our staff, No Streaking will no longer offer interior service to homes where smoking is done inside. If smoking is limited to certain rooms, we can offer a partial interior cleaning to those rooms that are smoke-free.
Estimated Completion Time is for your planning purposes only and has no correlation to pricing. We respect your time and will make every effort to finish within the estimated completion time. Our Team Leads often have an Assistant with them, which can cut the time in half, but on occasion, an Assistant may not be available. Please account for 1 hour for every $100.
Illness, COVID‑19 & Communicable Disease Terms & Conditions
To protect the health and safety of our customers and team members, No Streaking maintains the following policies regarding illness, COVID‑19, and other communicable diseases. These terms apply to all scheduled services, service plans, and appointments.
1. Customer Illness & Exposure
If anyone in the household is experiencing symptoms of illness—including but not limited to fever, cough, congestion, vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious condition—you agree to notify No Streaking prior to your appointment.
You may reschedule your service at no additional cost. There are no reschedule fees for illness‑related changes.
2. Technician Illness & Exposure
If a No Streaking technician is sick or has symptoms of a communicable illness, we will not send them to your home. Your appointment may be rescheduled to the next available date.
This policy protects both your household and our team.
3. Right to Refuse or Pause Service
No Streaking reserves the right to refuse service, pause service, or leave a job site if:

A customer or household member is visibly ill

A customer discloses recent contagious illness or exposure

A technician feels unsafe due to health concerns
If service must be stopped for health reasons, the appointment will be rescheduled at no cost.
4. Safety Expectations During Service
Customers agree to maintain reasonable distance from technicians during service and follow any temporary safety measures requested by our team.
This includes:

Allowing ventilation when needed

Avoiding close contact

Keeping sick individuals in separate rooms
These measures help ensure safe working conditions.
5. No Liability for Illness Transmission
By receiving services, you acknowledge that No Streaking cannot guarantee the prevention of illness transmission, including COVID‑19 or other communicable diseases.
No Streaking is not liable for:

Illness occurring before or after service

Perceived or alleged exposure

Any health‑related claims connected to service visits
We follow industry‑standard safety practices but cannot eliminate all risk.
6. Rescheduling Due to Illness
If illness prevents service from being completed:

The appointment will be rescheduled

No reschedule fees will apply

Service plan members will not lose perks or benefits

Any prepaid services will be honored at the next available date
Your health and our team’s health come first.
7. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling service with No Streaking, you acknowledge and agree to these Illness & Communicable Disease Terms & Conditions, which operate in addition to our general Terms of Service and Service Plan Terms.

After cleaning is completed, we may determine that some windows may have been etched from sprinklers, chemicals, or other deposits. Glass Clearing (Hard Water Treatment) is NOT part of our Initial or Routine Cleanings, however, we are able to complete a free test to see if the etching is partially or fully removable. We can provide you with a price for the clearing process once we conduct a test. Depending on the crew's schedule, a separate appointment may be needed to complete the glass clearing process, as it is time-consuming.
We clean tracks, frames, and sills as a courtesy. This is a wipe down of the surfaces to remove all webs and loose dirt. Tracks should be left without loose dirt and wiped down, this does not include detailing all corners and crevices. We also clean all windows installed on garage doors as a courtesy. These are usually plexiglass and cannot be scraped and are not covered under our Streak-Free Guarantee.
Exterior Only cleanings are not covered under our Streak-Free Guarantee. Since we did not clean the inside, it takes longer to inspect glass than it takes to clean the inside. It's difficult to determine if streaks are on the inside or the outside or if the inside of the glass is dirty, it can be hard to see streaks at all. A full cleaning insures that we can properly inspect the glass and offer a Streak-Free Guarantee.
Third Story windows and windows that present safety challenges, or would otherwise benefit, may be completed using a water-fed pole system, which uses a 4 stage water-filtration system (same as rain water) for a spot free cleaning! We will need access to a water spigot for this service. An average 3rd story home will use less than 30 gallons of water to complete the cleaning. Although our goal is to get it right the first time, poor lighting may hide a streak from our sight. If the sun hits it just right, and you see a streak within two weeks of service, call our office, and we will schedule a time to come back and correct the problem. Again, we can only Guarantee Full Residential Window Cleanings.
No Streaking learned a long time ago that rain water won’t make clean windows dirty, so we offered a Rain Guarantee. If it rains within 14 days of our cleaning, and your windows are dirty because of the rain, give us a call. We’ll come and re-clean or touch up your windows absolutely for free. Don't forget that the bio-friendly solution we use bonds with the glass and REPELS dirt, dust, pollen, and rain, keeping your windows sparkling for 4-6 months!!! We feel as comfortable with this as we do our Streak-Free Guarantee. Why? We’ve never once been called back because rain ruined our work! Every time we've followed up with customers they were amazed how clean their windows stayed, even after it rained! Note: Wind blowing salt from the bay/gulf does not qualify. Sorry.
